Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.)

We ship our packages thru the United States Postal Service.

Currently our site only allows shipping to locations in the United States. But we value our International customers, so please use the Contact us link and let us know which products you are interested in. We will get back to you with a shipping amount.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new, saleable condition and in the original packaging. Bucilla kits must not have been opened. We will credit you with a full refund of the products' purchase price only. We are not able to cover the cost of shipping.
