Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Projects

Who loves Annie Sloan chalk paint? It is wonderful stuff. You have probably heard it is a bit pricey, and it is. But I have done many projects with the quart I bought, and still have a good bit left. I love the no priming part because well, I’m basically lazy. Here are a few of the projects that I’ve done recently.

This is a chair from a waterfall type bedroom suit. The chair was painted with a thin coat of Annie Sloan Old White chalk paint, sanded, and waxed. Next it was reupholstered in a wonderful French script fabric.

This mirror is Plastic! Well the mirror part is glass, but that is plastic around the mirror. Old White paint and waxes were used on it.

I even painted an old table radio. It didn’t work, so I cut out all the insides and once again painted with old white and then waxed. I did spray paint the inside because it was a bit ruff and I didn’t want to sand it.
